The Dime is a $220 million ground-up mixed-use project with a $100 million hard cost budget. The project is roughly 300,000 SF, 23 Stories, with 130,000 SF of retail and office in addition to 175 residential rental apartments of which 30% of the are designated affordable housing. The project received a TCO 22 months from the start of vertical construction. GC project savings exceeded 8 million from project GMP.
